What actually happens if my attestation lapses?
Payers treat an un-attested profile as stale and pause anything that depends on it — new applications stall and re-credentialing cycles can flag you for termination from a panel. You usually find out months later, via a denied claim.
I already have a CAQH profile. Why is credentialing still stalling?
