About Maverick Health Innovations
Built to close the gap between credentialed and paid.
Maverick runs credentialing and billing as one accountable process, owned by one US-based specialist you can name — because "you're in-network" means nothing until the claims get paid.
Why we exist
Credentialing and billing were never supposed to be strangers.
For most practices they're two vendors. The credentialing firm says the enrollment went through. The billing company says the claims keep denying. Each points at the other — and the practice sits in the middle, unpaid, doing the vendors' jobs for them.
The industry's answers haven't helped. Enterprise software platforms turn your credentialing into a ticket queue. High-volume credentialing shops turn it into a file number. Either way, when something goes wrong, there's no single person whose job it is to fix it.
Maverick was built as the other thing: one team that runs the whole credential-to-cash pipeline, with one specialist responsible for yours — so a denied claim is our problem to trace, not your afternoon to lose.
How we're built
Four principles we don't bend.
One specialist, not a queue
Every client's work is owned end-to-end by one named, reachable specialist. When you call, you get the same person who filed your applications — not whoever picks up.
US-based, no exceptions
Your file stays with our US-based team. The people working your payers are the people you talk to.
Your quote in writing, first
Exact scope and price in writing before you commit — after one scoping call. No discovery-call pricing games.
Honest timelines
Payer credentialing typically takes 90–150 days. On day one — not after you've signed — we tell you what we control and what nobody does.
Based in Austin, Texas. Working in all 50 states.
Maverick is headquartered in Austin and takes clients in every state — licensing, payer enrollment, and billing wherever you practice.
Wherever your payers are, the follow-up happens the same way: weekly, by the specialist who owns your file.
