How pricing works

An exact quote in writing — before you commit to anything.

No two practices cost the same to credential, so we don't pretend one price fits all. Your quote depends on the factors below — and it goes in writing before you sign anything.

An exact number, in writing

One 20-minute scoping call covers your payers, providers, and states. The quote arrives in writing — not a range read out mid-call.

No setup fees, no lock-in

Credentialing projects are scoped and quoted up front; maintenance is month-to-month per provider. Billing has no long lock-in.

Before you commit to anything

The written quote comes before any contract or card number. If the scope changes, the quote changes in writing first.

What changes the price

Five factors decide your quote. Nothing else does.

Number of payers

Each payer is its own application and its own follow-up queue. Ten panels cost more than four — we'll tell you which ones are worth it in your market.

Number of providers

Per-provider pricing scales down with roster size; groups get volume rates.

Practice type & specialty

Physician specialty panels involve more verification than NP or therapist panels, and hospital-based providers add privileging work.

Locations & states

Each practice location and each state adds enrollment work — multistate telehealth rosters are quoted as a matrix, not per provider.

State of your records

A clean CAQH profile and complete work history file faster than a rescue job. We'll tell you which one you have in the first call.

Pricing questions

Asked on almost every call.

Why don't you publish prices?
Because any flat number would be wrong for most practices. The factors above — payers, providers, locations, specialty, and the state of your records — swing the real cost too much for a public price list to be honest. What we do instead: scope those factors in one call and put your exact number in writing before you commit.
What's included in a credentialing quote?
Everything from file build to confirmed effective date: CAQH work, application preparation and submission, weekly payer follow-up, closed-panel appeals where needed, and written confirmation of your in-network date.
Are there setup fees or long contracts?
No setup fees. Credentialing projects are scoped and quoted up front; maintenance is month-to-month per provider. Billing has no long lock-in.
How does billing pricing work?
A percentage of collections, quoted after we see your payer mix and claim volume. You pay on what we collect — our incentive is your incentive.
What don't you control?
Payer review timelines. Credentialing typically runs 90–150 days per payer regardless of who files it. What we control is everything that makes it longer: incomplete files, missed payer requests, and applications nobody follows up on.
